TMI- wiping issue?

I promise that I am not a gross or unclean person! I shower every day and wash well, I change my undies 1-2 times a day. The thing is, when I go to the bathroom and have a poo, I'll wipe completely. I even wipe a few extra times just to be sure I got everything, and then I'll use a baby wipe and throw it in the trash. Every time I have a poo! Well, then later I'll go back to pee and I'll wipe my front area as well as my bum area (just out of habit) and, well, lately when I've been checking the toilet paper there will be some poo on it... how can this be?!? I know that I'm not leaving anything when I use the bathroom. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Should I see a doctor to see if I maybe have some "leakage," to put it politely... I have also been wearing panty liners near the back of my undies so as not to dirty up my undies if anything happens to get on them, but nothing does, it's only if I wipe. Why do I have leftover poo...? I'm sorry if this was gross to read 😖😖
