Long Story...And I Need Advice...

Last night my best friend told me that a year and a half ago she had an early abortion. She was married but separated at the time. She didn't tell the father. She has always wanted kids but felt that it was the wrong time and the wrong way to bring a child into the world.

Both of us are against abortion. She accepts it in the cases of rape, incest, and danger to the mother's health. I support it in no circumstances. This is not a debate though. My question is...how do i support my friend in this when she believes she did something terrible and selfish and I do too? I don't know how to help her through this. She doesn't even seem to want to talk about it. Has only told one other person.
