Ovulation help

I miscarried January 5th at 6 weeks. I had positive opks Monday only and cramps, ewcm. By Tuesday cm had changed and tests were negative ( test twice a day) same goes for Wednesday. My bbt confirmed ovulation on Wednesday. How can you ovulate with negative tests? Did I release two eggs? Help please
