😖😢😥

I broke down in the walmart parking lot because i saw a lady buying pads for after she delivered her baby, while I was buying them because Im loosing them, I couldnt do it. I just broke down. I waited until we got to the car, but once we were there i couldnt hold it til we got home. My husband feels so helpless because he doesnt know what to do. I dont know what to do. How much longer am I gonna go through this? Ugh i dont knkw what to do. How do I get through this.
