Vagina Walls

Hi everyone, just wondering if it's normal to have swallon vagina walls in early pregnancy? I've just got a bfp and my vagina walls aren't as swallon as they normally are before af.... its got me worried I'll have another CP. I also spotted today, lightly- I'm 11-12dpo and I'm freaking out!
