help :(
Just recently my baby had been getting rashes and red bumps everywhere. Mainly in the face, neck, and arm pits.. when I touch her face with the back of my finger her skin is very rough... and sometimes I will see yellow crust on her skin... I think she has eczema but I'm not too sure :( has anyone else experience this.. and what did you do to treat it?
