colostrum
I don't plan on breastfeeding for many reasons. But I've heard a lot of positive things about the first couple days of milk, colostrum. Even if I don't breastfeed, should I do it in the hospital at least when she's first born and then go to formula when I return home? What have other non-breastfeeders done?
