Do you think it's "weak" to report posts?

I know its more like a disagreement than an actual controversy, but I feel like this room is more appropriate than any other. 
I've seen a few people angry because their posts or comments get deleted due to many people reporting them. A lot of the outbursts are from people who post offensive content, call people names, and are in clear violation of the rules. In an angry fit of rage, I've seen people say its weak or stupid to report posts and comments, even if it violates rules. I've even seen a few mild mannered people agree with them. 
So... Do you think it's weak or stupid to report a post/comment that is completely offensive/clearly breaks the rules?

No, I report things regularly. I don't want to belong to a community that encourages use of hate speech.

I do roll my eyes a bit when my posts get downvoted all to hell, or removed for no real reason though.

If people can't follow the rules, they'd best not complain when they're posts are reported and deleted like.. what did you expect honestly?

I report anything that's nasty/racist or bullying. So yeah, pretty much everything on here 😂😂😂. Just kidding, but the nasty stuff, yes.

90+% of those who are commenting here have not been here in This app before the times of reporting function and how our repeated bombardment of emails brought this feature. As someone who asked for this, heck yes, I report

If someone makes an offensive comment, I'll report it. Not just something that I disagree with but an offensive comment then it deserves reporting.

I report posts all the time. Like the pictures of vaginas "is this normal" and there's nothing there! Or "why are ALL_____ people ...." sort of posts when someone is being rude to a certain group of people for the sake of it. I report the angry posts about their post being deleted too but that's partly to wind them up 🤷🏼‍♀️ downvoting is abit different though and people can be stupid with that, I know my things get downvoted just because it's me even when it's the same as everyone else is saying.

I report a lot, especially when things belong in controversy corner and are in some random group. It's probably dumb but it's just annoying. We have a specified group for that stuff; other groups don't need to be cluttered with it.
