confused

So I have been talking to this boy for a few months.Nothing so serious. And my close friend saw him with another girl and she asked me if I knew he had a girlfriend. And I'm alittle confused. I don't know what to do. I don't know exactly he was doing with the other girl but now so many scenarios running through my mind. I never been this confused and baffled in my life. Not sure what to do
