In laws are so god dam disrespectful!!!

My inlaws live right next door which makes the situation 1 million times worse as it just pisses me off even more. So his mum is a carer. She is also the manager and does her own rota. So why she can't take 1 day off to spend with her only grandchild who by the way she's called her little girl since she was born I will never know! She will go weeks on end with out seeing MY daughter  then does nothing but by her shit toys and sweets on the days she does come around. Which I don't mind but she it's clearly an act of guilt. So when she does come round it's 7/7.30pm when she knows her bed time is 8pm on the dot! She will have her running round and hyped up making it very difficult for me to settle her but if I say anything it's oh she's not seen her for ages! YES!! AND! Is that our fault?? Should we just forget about her routine throw it out the window as long as his mums happy! She will also try her very best to put off me getting her pj's on by saying il do it, il do it! Until after a good half a hour il tell her no I'd like her in bed some time today il do it! Me and my partner both work nightshirts on weekends Thursday through to Sunday. I work the Thursday while he stays at home with our daughter. We drop her off on a Friday night for bath time at my mums house were she has her own room, settles very well even asks to go to bed at 7.30/8 pm were she stays till around 8/9am. We have a family day out on the Saturday drop her back at my mums for another sleep over and we pay for us all go out for Sunday dinner on the Sunday to say thank you for my mum looking after her before he goes to work and I stay at home with our daughter on the Sunday night. My mum follows our routine and all our do's and dont's when it comes to my daughter she is very respectful in that way. But his mum! Ooo she boils my blood she really does! My daughter is 3 and has only slept at him mums 5 times if that. She doesn't listen to a word I have to say about how my daughter's routine goes. Pretty much does her own thing. She will keep her up till stupid o'clock!! I don't just mean 10/11pm! I mean 1am if it later!! She's pathetic! She will fill her with juice all day every day were as we only give her water and she has no more after her tea at 5.30. Well guess what happens every time she stays there! She wee's the bed literally soakes it through. At home when she wakes at night which is once every month or so I will not speak to her I will gently place her on the toilet for a wee and carry her back to bed were she will always go straight back to sleep! Not at him mums! She wakes up soaking wet so she will take her down into the living room for a drink and a biscuit because she thinks she may be hungry!! WHAT!? Another thing. My daughter had never slept in my bed In her life not once. She likes her own space she's such a wriggler. Maybe another reason she won't sleep at his mums is because she puts her in her bed! Why when she has her own bed there too! I have no idea. She slept there Saturday just gone not because I asked. I'd never ask her she begged me I was so furious she hadn't seen her in 2 weeks I said no for a good 3 days before saying yes as long as you stick to the rules we have for our daughter! She agreed. 10.30am she brought her back home. And surprise surprise! My daughter went to bed at 10.30pm!  woke at 1am soaking wet. She changed her and took her down stairs for a drink!! Which woke her up completely and she let her stay up till 6.30am playing with her toys!!! You can only imagine the day I had with a 3 year only on 2.5 hours sleep!!😤 that's her finish she's nothing but a disrespectful cow! She laughs about it which makes me 10 times as angry!id love to move a million miles away just to get away from her 😤😤😤
