Boy or girl

I had an early ultrasound at 13 weeks 4 days and I asked to see you between the legs even though I know it's too early for that. and I saw what looked like a boy part it looked just like my first sons did at 20 weeks. I was wondering if theres a chance it could be a girl. Having another scan in 2 weeks
