BH Contractions getting worse. (27W 1D)

Last few days my braxton hicks contractions have been daily and often. But... Today they're coming with an avg of 8 or more an hour.

They last between 10seconds and one minute.

So, I just peed (full bladders make them worse) ... I am having lots of water, and laying down on my left side.

With my history of preterm labor (before 28 weeks) with both pregnancies, and with delivering my twins at 29 weeks, I'm trying not to stress bc that'll just make thing's worse. But it is starting to worry me. Hoping they space out, or stop ! -while I rest for the next hour or two.

Has anyone else had the BH contractions and ended up having to go to the hospital bc of preterm labor????
