cervix check

I went to my OB/GYN for my weekly appointment. He told me I am 1cm dilated and he said my cervix is far back. Does that have any complications for my pregnancy or i should be worried about anything? Btw he was really really rough, and i was bleeding right after. Any comments can help. Thank you. I also have been having really painful cramping and back pain maybe labor is near bc these back pains and cramps are getting harder n harder
