Pregnant with pcos & hypothyroidism??

So I found out I have both of these a few weeks ago. But I didn't find out until after I got positive opks this month. I don't know if I actually ovulated or not. But I have been put on metformin & levothyroxine. I've heard that I need to put off ttc until after I get my thyroid levels down. But my doctor did not tell me this. I've heard it on support groups. Did anyone get pregnant right after they found out they had either of these? & after starting to take the medicine for it? & did everything go okay? I don't think I'm pregnabt but if I was I'd want everything to go good!
