Pregnancy in my 30's

I will be 30 in a few years and my mother insist that I need to start having children because my grandmother started menopause at 30 and she experienced symptoms of premenopause at 30 as well... Would that be an issue for me? Am I waiting to long to have children? Advice needed please... what do you honestly think about this?
