early labor

Is anyone else always nervous that it "might be time" for baby every time you have a contraction?! Or is that just me?? lol I'm 31 weeks and 2 days and my girl is already very low. Doctor says I won't make it to 40 weeks, so I'm constantly wondering if she's trying to get out now. I had contractions all day yesterday and literally couldn't leave my bed bc it hurt so bad. Today I've been okay, just mild cramping here and there. I just want her out already but I want her healthy too!!!😣😣😣
