How many meals/snacks is everyone eating?? I feel like I'm not eating enough, but I'm never hungry 😩

I basically eat all day long. I'm starving constantly so I don't really have a choice. Either I eat and feel full and sick, or I don't eat and feel hungry and sick (which is worse)

I eat very small meals and snack but I feel like I only eat junk but that's how I ate before I got preggos never been much of a healthy eater so it's hard to transition 😩

I constantly eat all day. I just ate some cheese and crackers and my stomach already hurts because I'm so hungry again. I hate it!

I've actually lost about 10 lbs. I basically have to force feed myself I'm so nauseous. At this point, if something sounds good I eat as much of it as I can because I know in a few hours I won't want anything all over again. It's so tough but I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow and yesterday was the first day I didn't feel nauseated and I had a real appetite. I'm hoping it lightens up now!

I just passed the 11 week mark and am basically eating all day! Breakfast at 8, granola bar at 10, lunch at noon, a fruit at 3, nuts/seeds at 6, dinner at 8, then usually an unhealthy snack after dinner.  And that is a work day on the weekends it's worse. I have lost 13 lbs and have no morning sickness what so ever and don't exercise so don't really know what's going on!
