saved my sick time for nothing...

I've saved most of my sick time at my job for 5 years. I have about 10 weeks paid sick time saved. I just talk to my HR rep and if i decide to have a natural birth I'm only allowed to use six weeks of sick time!!! Then I have to use my two weeks of vacation. The remaining four weeks of FMLA I'll have to go unpaid!! She said the last six weeks is considered bonding with baby and you can't use sick time because it's not medical. Fuck I'm so mad!! 😢😑😬
