Can my bf finish in me or no?

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for nearly 2 years. We are monogamous, we've both been tested for all STDs and we are both clean. I just started taking the combination birth control pill a little over a week ago, and i was wondering if it would be safe if my boyfriend were to not pull out? We don't use condoms usually, he would just always pull out. Now that i'm on the pill, i'm wondering if it would be ok if he finished and didn't pull out. (I am very adamant about taking my pill at the exact same time every day and I've been very consistent with it)
