I just gave myself an anxiety attack by over thinking about what if I have a miscarriage when I get pregnant... 😠I always feel like I'm a disappointment to my DH bc I can't get pregnant easily but he says it's not my fault and it's something I can't control... I know he's right now it's just how I get sometimes, I over think and it turns into anxiety and stress...
