Cold in 3rd trimester

I'm 28.5 weeks and I am catching a cold. People at work love to come to work sick and spreading they nasty germs around. This will be the 2nd time I have had a cold since being pregnant. I was told by my Dr to take Sudafed when I was in my 2nd trimester. Do you think it's ok to take it in 3rd trimester? I hate taking medicine but I just wanna be able to breathe!!
