The mind of a 3 year old

I'm 36 weeks and as you know very uncomfortable at this point. My 3 year old is very much a snuggler and has to sit on what's now my "lap" and curls himself around my belly. Which, in doing so, enlists a bunch of grunts an moans from me. He looks up at me all sweet and says" mommy are you pooping?"😅 he says it everytime and everytime I just have to laugh.
