Horrible sciatic nerve pain!

I'm 35 weeks today and have the worst Sciatic nerve pain ever! I went to the chiropractor yesterday and got adjusted I got a little relief and thought it felt much better but today it is back again full force. I have been alternating ice and heat but it's still super uncomfortable, my left butt cheek feels like it's on fire and it's super painful to walk 😣 anyone have any other tips for relief?
