please help have flu

Samantha. • Fri, Jan 27 • I'm a mom of two girls... well three my 8month old was an identical twin but lost her sister @23weeks.. now pregnant

I feel so bad got chills fever sore throat sneezing migraines (unbearable at times) and runny nose but at the same time I'm stuffed ... watery eyes... and I'm 12/4 ... please what have you taken to feel better and sleep?? That is safe ?
