Pregnancy Symptoms at 4 weeks?

Just wondering what you ladies had going on at 4 weeks. I don't really feel much yet just a tiny bit nauseous. And some mood swings.

At 4 weeks, I barely found out. Only "symptom" was an obvious missed period. Nothing else. "Morning sickness " aka all day all night sickness,  started at 6 weeks. Bloating, constipation, fatigue,  iritability etc etc etc. .after 6 weeks.

I found out at 4 weeks. I had sore breasts and just felt different. So I took a pregnancy test and it was positive! Morning sickness didn't start until 6 weeks.

I was feeling pretty normal at four weeks apart from sore boobs. The symptoms started hitting me hard around 6/7 weeks. 
 
I started to get very faint and dizzy, nauseated all the time, and that's also when I started to not be able to hold anything down, not even water. I got medication from my doctor to just be able to eat and function which did help out a bit.
 
Everyone is different though, so you might not even experience symptoms, get them later, only have some symptoms, etc.

Thank you ladies! I found out at 3 weeks 6 days and today I'm 4 weeks 1 day. So just two days! But my breasts are always sore before my period so I don't ever use that as an indicator. So I see 6 weeks is when I will probably see some more symptoms!

I was constantly tired, sore breasts, and heartburn. I didn't get to use my missed period as a sign that I was pregnant cause I'd already had it that month 👍🏽

My breasts felt like they were on fire. I remember almost crying at my econ class and wanting to leave because of how bad they hurt in my sports bra 😭
