Heavy ache and twinges all through tww!
I'm dpo11 now and I've had twinges on one side, usually the left, since dpo3, slight aches in uterus on and off since then too, plus a really heavy pressure feeling since dpo9 - is it anything to worry about or a sign of implantation/early preg?
