Pain and bleeding

I have had an iud since may but recently I've been feeling pain during sex specifically while orgasming- like a stabbing in my uterus. Occassionally after sex I'll bleed as well but like blood streaked  discharge. This time it's like a lot of blood. Like more than I even get on my period since I got the iud which ended a week ago (and I never even spot after my period). Anyone have anything like this or know what it could be? I have skyla if that helps.
