Gas drops, gripe water, baby Tylenol on hand?

Question

Should I have gas drops, gripe water, and baby Tylenol on hand just in case or did you even need any of it for your newborn?? 
The closest 24 hour store is over 20 minutes away, are these things that I should buy before baby arrives to be prepared??

No. Do not give anything especially baby Tylenol to a newborn WITHOUT pediatrician aproval first. Baby Tylenol says it on the box...under 6 months talk to pediatrician first...even a quorter of the usual dose can be harmful to a newborn.. 
Grip water is ok, in moderation. It's done nothing for my daughter at all. 
Gas drops help with gas,  they are ok
But baby Tylenol u need to talk to the pediatrician first

I'd talk to your pediatrician about what to have on hand.  I had a pharmacist attend my shower, and she gave us a little infant care package with tylenol ect but we'll be checking with her about dosing we don't already know (since it's usually based on weight vs age early on).
