HELP PLEASE READ

2 weeks ago my boyfriend rubbed my clit way too hard and it was swollen and itchy . I looked at my vagina and I had like white spots on my vagina hole . The itching went away . Then I got my period . My clit just started itching again ! Today was my last day of my period and my tampon has like weird yellowish discharge as you can see . Do I have a yeast infection or something ? I'm 16 and sexually active I've only been with one guy for 2 years so no it's not an std as we've been sexually actively for a few months now . I've never been to a gynecologist which I think I should . My mom doesn't know I'm sexually active . Should I go to the gynecologist for this or am I just overreacting?
