I AM DONE WITH IT 💪🏽.

I am officially quitting smoking 😁. I had my very last and final cigarette at 3pm this afternoon. I've been smoking for 9 years straight, and it's time for me to quit. I just want to be healthy and live a healthy life. And I have also heard smoking cigarettes can cause infertility problems as well. I had a miscarriage in May 2016 and still TTC ever sense than. I'm doing this for me and my future baby ( that I will hopefully conceive soon) 🤞🏽. Me and my husband are paciently waiting 🙏🏽. Has anyone else quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey like I am doing? Or did you have something that help you through it? Please share, I'd love to know! Also if you were a smoker and stop smoking, did you quitting smoking help you conceive?
