Due to my placenta, my doctor doesn't want me going to 40 weeks. Had a bunch of complications her, MFM, and myself agreed it's best. She wants to see where I'm at progression wise on Friday and after my check we'll schedule. As of last Wednesday, a different doctor at the hospital said I'm dilated 2 cm and 30% effaced. With my first I was induced and wasn't dilated at all. She said the date will depend on how progressed I am Friday so I'm curious if I'm already at a decent spot? With my first, from the time they began Pitocin until he was born was 12 hours and 11 minutes. Hoping this time may be less since I'm dilated to 2 and it's my second induction. 🤔
