diastasis recti - anyone following a program?

I'm 5 weeks PP and have diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles). I know a lot of moms do programs and exercises to fix or improve this. Is anyone doing a program? I looked at some online and I think I'm going to do MuTu. Unfortunately all the programs cost money but it's really important to me to have a storing and stable core. I was a competitive weightlifter before this last pregnancy and was really fit but now I feel all out of alignment and just weak.
