weird sensation

Sorry if this is TMI or anything. Ok I am 5e today and I have 2 children also I have had one miscarriage in between them. I am now pregnant and I am experiencing a weird sensation like I have a tampon in or something is there. I checked my cervix, soft, closed. Any reason for this? I don't remember having this feeling with my prior pregnancies. Also my counts were all good. I had hcg quant done and just about tripled in 48 hours and my progesterone was 17 at 4 weeks.
