what are somethings you do when you're not feeling confident? How do you pull yourself out of feeling bad about yourself?

I haven't been feeling so great about myself and my body lately so I decided I would take some time to spend with myself and really evaluate why I've been feeling that way and figure out how to get myself to a better happier me. I also decided I would take some slightly sexy (???) pictures of myself because I was feeling myself. Look away now if you don't like tummies, thighs and seeing people in their underwear and a tee shirt. 
what do you do to make yourself feel more confident? (Usually I have a "self care" day. Pampering myself and making myself really notice my good qualities)
