positive at home/negative at DRs

So I've had 4 positives with FRER at home. Today was my first DRs appointment for 'confirmation' and it was negative. She proceeded to tell me i probably had a chemical pregnancy, except I had not had any bleeding. I immediately went home and took 4 different tests - all positive. Blood was drawn and that comes back in a few days but how weird is that? Here are my tests from this afternoon - they are pretty darn clear if you ask me.
