Labor

I've been having cramps all day today. A lot of pressure on my vagina to the point where it goes to my butt and feels like i have to poop. It got so bad i couldnt walk because i had a sharp pain in my area. I have also been having a lot of watery discharge.Baby hasnt been so active today which is weird because my baby is reallyyyy active everyday. Just wondering could this be a sign he's coming today ?? How did yall feel when baby was on his way. Im currently 38 weeks and 4 days.
