itching, burning and irritation but not a yeast infection. HELP!

Hi everyone. I've been dealing with some issues down below. Right at the opening of my vagina it has been itchy and burning. I have no yeast like discharge and most days there's really no bad smell. I'm not sure if maybe I got an std from unprotected sex or if it's side effects of antibiotics. About a month ago I was prescribed penicillin for steel. Then got a yeast infection. Dr gave me one time pill to take to rid the yeast infection but a few days after feeling better I started to feel bad again but not as bad as the yeast infection. What do you think? Should I go get tested? anyone experience this? Maybe it's BV?
