sleeping problems😰

Has anyone experienced this? I just got put on a higher dose of antidepressants today, took one at 5pm. I went to bed at 11pm and as soon as I closed my eyes it's like I went into a dream but I was still awake and could still move. But as soon as I opened my eyes the dreams would stop. The dreaming is so irritating and stopping me from going to sleep. Could this be from the medication, it's now 2.30am and I'm still not sleeping😰
