Fluid in Ears?

I need some opinions, please. I had strep throat and the flu,  which because I took too long to go to the doctor moved into my ears and gave me two ear infections. 

Since then, (I started getting the ear problems around Monday of the week before last) I have had fluid in my ears. It will not go away. I've been on antibiotics, decongestants, and allergy medicine. I have literally tried everything I can. It feels like it is behind my ear drums. My ears will not pop, but feel like they need to. They make popping noises when I blow my nose. They hurt. They are constantly ringing, and they feel like I have ear plugs in. My hearing is altered and some things sound muffled. 

Any advice?
