Food poisoning? TMI

I've been feeling sick all night. Been feeling nauseous and dealing with diarrhea, and finally I threw up everything I had. The only thing I ate last night a few hours before I got sick was movie popcorn and cherry coke. Can you get food poisoning from popcorn?

You can get staph or noro from anything but what did you have for breakfast or lunch? It takes while for the bacteria to replicate enough to cause illness.

You could've picked up off some sort of bacteria from anything you ate yesterday. Doesn't have to be any kind of spoiled food or anything… All it takes is for someone to prepare your food without washing their hands, or for you to eat it without washing yours.

The coke machine can. If it's not properly  cleaned all kinds of nasty bacteria can grow in them.

I don't think so. There's nothing raw and uncooked about popcorn. It's usually from meats.
