PPD or PPA? long post

I feel like a horrible mama . I love my baby girl but lately I can't stand listening to her scream and cry . She won't sleep more than 2 hours at a time . I have horrible mood swings . I just want to scream and cry and not have to deal with her for a day . Yesterday I had so little sleep I yelled at her and then cried . My fiancé will watch her for 2-3 hours during the afternoon so I can nap but he's getting mad me cause I need sleep . Idk what to do .
