Fears of labor/delivery

I'm almost 26 weeks with twins. I don't feel ready to have these babies. This is my first pregnancy and I have fears about labor and delivery. I haven't had a chance to take Lamaze birthing classes. I would like to go natural, not sure if that will be an option. Did you have anxieties about having your baby? How did you feel during? After birth? What option of delivery did you choose?
