what to get my best guy friend for his 24th birthday?

We've been best friends for 8 years and the only thing he wants is new NBA 2k game and his sister is getting him that. He said he doesn't want anything else but for me to fly out (he lives in another state - 90 minutes by plane) and spend his birthday with him but I can't do that due to work and other commitments.
