Did your hair an nails get better with pregnancy?

pregnancy?" /> So I always hear everyone saying how when they were pregnant their hair got thicker an grew more an their nails were harder an longer. Supposedly the prenatals aid in the growth, but I'm pretty convinced I'm the only one that has sucky everything😂 my hair falls out and my nails just crack an chip with the lightest bump. Do you ladies find your hair an nails better with pregnancy?

I swear I'm going to be bald before I'm even done haha and my nails break so easy. I could usually not wash my hair for 5days and be fine but now I can't even go 2days. Only good thing is my leg hair grows really slow haha

Yeah until after the baby and my hair started thinning in areas. It was crazy since I naturally have thick hair. My nails have always grown strong and long but they seem to grow a lil faster.

My hair has grown at least 4 or 5 inches which pisses me off because I had just gotten it cut and balayaged when I found out I was pregnant. Smh.

I chew my nails 😩 so idk how they would grow if I didnt. But my hair is so thick and grown at least 4-5 inches. And it's super healthy but that may be due to the fact that I don't use heat on my hair. I stopped taking my prenatals at about 20 weeks
