HELP lightning crotch at 13 weeks

The past couple days I have been having an occasional prickly/ needle like feeling in my cervix, I didn't think much of them as I've seen people talk about them before. I just woke up this morning with a non stop stabbing sensation in my cervix. I want to scream and cry, it just won't stop and I don't know what is causing it!!! 😭😭 any ideas? Any help is so very appreciated 😥
