surgery while pregnant

So I hurt my leg skiing, which I probably shouldn't have been skiing cause I was 12 weeks pregnant. But the doctor said I fractured my bone and I might have stretched out my acl. He said if my acl doesn't go back to normal I'll have to get another surgery because the bone one and acl is two seperate ones. I'm scared and I'm going to be 14 weeks here soon, and I've never been so scared of losing this baby. It's my rainbow baby. I'm also scared of knee surgery, has anyone gotten surgery while pregnant or even surgery at all? I'm just scared and need reassurance.
