other mamas with hip pain from rocking baby?

Wanted to See if there was others out there suffering from horrible hip pain like me? It's  from rocking the baby to sleep and standing in positions I know aren't comfortable for me but make my baby comfy. But it's starting to really hurt me 😔 and if so, what are y'all doing that's helping it? TIA

I'm having the same problem. Depending on which arm my LO is on, that's the hip that hurts from walking her around the house.

Do you use a rocking chair or just rock you self? I have hip pain mainly from having bad joints from being a gymnast and pregnancy made it worse but it's getting better with time though the pain I have while standing or sitting is getting worse in my hip and back and so we ordered anew recliner to help for the bad days
