other mamas with hip pain from rocking baby?
Wanted to See if there was others out there suffering from horrible hip pain like me? It's from rocking the baby to sleep and standing in positions I know aren't comfortable for me but make my baby comfy. But it's starting to really hurt me 😔 and if so, what are y'all doing that's helping it? TIA
