to be or not to be? pregnant is the real question

So I had a period in early December. Yeah! Have not had one since then... my bf found out I was late and completely freaked and then proceeds to tell all of our friends that came over later. I took four test all negative my February predictions are for this week and I feel nothing like when I usually get my period. What is going one I can't go see my Dr. till the end of the month.
