Labor

So I went to have my cerclage removed today and I was 2 cm when it was taken out. Went to my regular Ob apt 3 hours later and I was measuring at 4-5 70% effaced. I'm not having regular contractions and my bag has not broke. When should I go in to the hospital? My doc basically told me to make sure I had my bag packed but should I just go in even though I'm not having the contractions or my bag hasn't broke ?
