Pregnancy

So I am having mixed signals. And my fiancée is giving them as well. It's like we want to have a baby but at the same time we don't. Let me explain. I have never been on birth control but recently found a new doctor and was thinking about getting on it. He said yes he would love that. But at the same time this past week eve tracked that I was ovulating and he didn't pull out. He says we will take care of it if I do become pregnant but I don't know if I'm ready for all of that! It's a big step!! At the same time I'd love a little bundle of love. (Yes I know it's not all love). But I'd love to be a mother.
